Catfish Po-boy
The catfish in here was really good but my hubby and son didn’t like the slaw on top. It had onions in it and they didn’t like the taste with the fish. I will make a different slaw next time!
Lemon custard cake
This was dessert. I made a yellow cake in a large cupcake pan and cut it in half and put some lemon custard inside and topped it with fresh strawberry. I made this before I made dinner so I wasn’t quite ready to eat it yet…… so I put it in the freezer. It actually was really good alittle frozen.
